WHY PEOPLE THINK NETWORK MARKETING / IS MLMs Scams?

I think that many people join network marketing companies and think it is a project have rich. Perhaps because the employer lied to them. I also think that many people do not do their homework, because there is fraud out there. But companies be legitmate fraud too – Enron and MCI to be interested and will continue to be legitmate network network marketing companies. Billion of commercial companies profitable as Avon, Mary Kay and Amway. These companies sell products that people find useful. These companies produced many millionaires have worked hard to earn their money. There are many other companies have good moral. I understand the concerns related to network marketing but many naysayers expressing concerns Ray Kroc when he sold the concept of franchising trade in the 1950s – Question McDonalds. should people be interested in marketing network by their dillegence before joining and understand it will work or they should listen to naysayers?

I would say that the main problem I see with people is they think that all MLM is a "pyramid scheme". I think that if you asked, about 85% of these people do not even know what a map pyramid. When people suggest I work a pyramid, I ask them automatically "is not something that is a pyramid scheme" Most of the time time they can not really tell me.? I explained to them that we're doing the opposite of a pyramid in that we are a "Inverted Pyramid" Yes. only place for you at the bottom and place for all people at the top. The only legal management pyramid in the United States is the military. Most do not realize that it really is pyramid. I believe 100% brick and mortar business is a pyramid. Only guy at the top can make big bucks, and when you get a lower scale recruitment, you make less and less, often have no chance ever income anything close to the guy at the top. Oddly enough, people and accept that no problem with …. that is where business people in the family does not accept that. They want to get paid for what they are worth and they want to build up and create residual income leverage. They just do not buy into the 45 year plan, where you start to work at 20, the answer to everyone else in your life, retire at 65 with nothing (many, many people retire poor) and wait for the government to assist them in their golden years. I also understand people who have relationship about the network because they never properly educated on the process. Anyone can buy a restaurant or a retailer, but not everyone can run it. If they do not have education or experience, they may fall flat … like MLM. Investment MLM always significantly lower than any business information Often, but you must be willing to continuously learn and work at it every day. Those not willing to do what is necessary, it is a brand fraud to make them feel better about their failure. Correct some Company does not provide counseling, but these days, almost all of us. You just to select business consistent with your life and go after it. There are many tools and advice available to help you, but nobody knew it was going to be easy. Like any other business.
