"law of retaliation": "eye for an eye": retributive justice?

Many companies have set up affiliate programs through third-party network. Since I do affiliative marketing, I just can not avoid using the services network, and to do so, I have to agree to their TOS, it is invisible means complete. I took my chance twice. Both times I did not do anything all (at all), but rock out and lose all the earnings of me. Terms of service of which they are located i am responsible for all everything one time. They have <$ 1000 because I did not sign in 30 days .. Monday time (5 years), they were> $ 2000, because someone posted the "the I "they found on my site to a public forum. I do not conditions they may: I "agreed" to the terms of their meaningless. I analyze, how to get them back and find ways how to "sabotage" their work by doing nothing illegal .. think of it as if I want to put all the links and post 'em on the forum. I do not have able lawyer, but I want to change this situation. I will be happy if they will leave .. Is there a way for their legal team to go after I was not?
