What orginizations i can join to prepare myself as a director operating?

Im a junior in high school future. I'm preparing myself you now for my future. I plan on being a founder and CEO of the network marketing company, I like the company's ACN or Avon. I just want to know a few things that I could join myself better for this area intense. Like I said about the future business leaders (fbla) but how so you join it? So I just want to know other programs.

Also since MLM's are a scam anyway and legitimize their tactics most varieties rao en Ponzi schemes, have you thought of joining Maddoffs company? Or visit him and asked him to advice? He was very successful in business type?
