First question, the cost is What is to establish and build a site for social networking. Find something to emulate as guru.com or ifreelance.com. I know this is very much different but I just looking for a ballpark figure next question. I know GoDaddy offers url and whatnot, but it will allow me to create similar as I mentioned earlier? Talk City, and other sites have it in a way to make it easy. You can charge for advertising reports and brought a small income. Add content and update the site and you will do well
