Why is it so hard to encourage people?

I began with a network marketing team recently but all I tried Downline to add to my ambition is to work out a 9-5. They do not want to change changed their level of comfort. How do you sell the idea of collecting in balance with less work?

You need to know what prompted them. You can not just tell someone "if you do this … you will get this … "You have to give them the results are direction can actually make them. They need to see what their hardwork will them. It can be a challenge, not give up!
