Multi-Level Marketing business plan?

I am interested in the structure for a company MLM / downlines. I DO NOT want to answer regarding business opportunities WHATSOEVER. I am not trying to selling Amway or Mary Kay or anyone else's products or services, including YOURS. What I AM interest is a business model For a MLM. Anyone can recommend any MLM business planning software, or guide? Again, I do not want someone telling me how to get the best of the series. I looking to structure a company so I can PUT people in the series. All directions result is highly appropriate.
